I called Nick to clean the tile of a home that was remodeled. The dark tile and grout was covered with white construction dust that would never have come up no matter how much I mopped it. After Nick finished, the grout was the original color and the tile was totally clean. The price was also very reasonable. I will be calling again for more of his services.

How long does it take for the carpets to dry after a professional cleaning?
While our powerful, professional-grade equipment removes most of the moisture, we generally advise clients to plan for the carpets to be fully dry by the next day (within 12–24 hours).
You are welcome to walk on the freshly cleaned carpet right away. We simply recommend you do so barefoot (to avoid transferring dirt or moisture from socks/shoes).
Pro-Tip & Safety Notice: For your safety, we strongly advise laying a dry towel on any hard surface (tile, wood, etc.) that transitions from the damp carpet to prevent slipping. Additionally, running your home’s air conditioning and fans will significantly speed up the drying process.
Are your cleaning products safe for my children and pets?

While we are highly successful at removing the vast majority of spots and spills, we can never definitively guarantee the removal of every permanent stain. However, we promise to utilize everything in our professional arsenal—including specialized cleaning solutions, advanced techniques, and focused effort—to remove the stain completely or, at the very least, make it dramatically less visible. Our goal is to always achieve the best possible result for your carpet.
Do I need to vacuum or move my furniture before the technician arrives?
We ask that you do your best to pre-vacuum the areas we will be cleaning. This simple step saves valuable time and allows us to focus immediately on the deep-cleaning process.
However, if pre-vacuuming is not possible, please don't worry—we will vacuum the areas as needed before beginning our service.
Regarding furniture:
For safety and liability reasons (to prevent scratching, denting, or breaking), Quick Nick technicians do not move large, heavy furniture such as sofas, beds, dressers, or large electronics. We will clean the accessible carpet area around these fixed items.
We kindly ask that you ensure all small, fragile, or valuable items (like lamps, toys, breakables, and small chairs) are moved off the floor in the areas you want cleaned before we arrive.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
The Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) recommends a professional cleaning every 12 months for homes with average traffic.
For homes with heavy traffic, pets, young children, or allergy sufferers: We suggest a cleaning every 6–9 months to effectively manage dander, odors, and indoor allergens trapped in the fibers.
